Sushi Dogg
Sushi Dogg is a grab-and-go sushi handroll brand with a throwback twist. Inspired by 90s arcade culture, we created a bold, nostalgic identity full of punchy colour combos, pixel-style graphics, and cheeky character illustrations that bring the brand to life.
From logo to packaging, every design detail was built to feel fast, fun, and snackable — just like the product. Think neon vibes, retro gaming fonts, and playful tone of voice that hits with younger audiences and casual foodies alike.
Challenge & Solution
The brief was clear: make sushi exciting, not serious. The challenge? Striking a balance between nostalgic fun and strong visual impact while keeping the brand clean and functional for a takeaway setting. We drew on 80s–90s arcade references to develop a visual identity that feels fast-paced, energetic, and instantly recognisable — all while staying versatile for packaging, in-store signage, and digital rollout.
